WHO WILL WIN? Pickstock, Brown to face off in Golden Isles by-election

The Progressive Liberal Party has announce the selection of Senator Darron S. Pickstock as its candidate for the Golden Isles constituency in the upcoming by election. Pickstock will go up against Free National Movement candidate Brian Brown for the seat left vacant following the shocking death of Golden Isles MP Vaughn Miller.

“Darron Pickstock represents the new generation of Bahamian leadership, smart, steady, and deeply rooted in service to people. A husband, father, attorney, and public servant, he has spent his career helping Bahamians solve real problems and build better futures,” the PLP said in a statement.

“An accomplished corporate and commercial attorney with more than 18 years of experience, Darron is a Partner at the law firm Glinton, Sweeting and O’Brien. He has guided investors, entrepreneurs, and local businesses through some of the most complex projects in our nation’s development, always focused on fairness, opportunity, and growth,” the party added.
