Man found dead with head injuries

Police have launched an investigation after the body of a man in his twenties was discovered early Monday morning off a track road near Gladstone Road.

According to police, the discovery was made around 7 a.m., when they were alerted to what was described as a “disturbing scene.”

Responding officers found the lifeless body of a young man lying on the side of the secluded roadway with visible head injuries.

Authorities say it is not yet clear how the injuries were sustained, and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.

However, investigators confirmed that foul play is suspected.

The area was cordoned off as crime scene technicians processed the location for evidence.
