Bahamian man arrested for woman’s murder at Florida motel

A 45-year-old Bahamian man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman early Monday morning in Panama City, Florida.


Police responded to reports of a physical altercation at approximately 2:07 a.m. at the Suburban Studios Motel on Highway 98.


When officers arrived, they discovered a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.


Following an investigation, detectives identified 45-year-old Bahamian citizen Terrence Pinder as the primary suspect in the homicide.


Pinder was found in the parking lot of Annabella's Townhomes, where deputies took him into custody without incident.


Police have not yet released the identity of the victim.
