A 30-year-old woman accused her boyfriend of rape two days before he allegedly killed her and her daughter.
Trevon Stevens, 36, of Beaumontia Avenue, Gardens Hills appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes today over the murders of Alecia Sawyer and her eight-year-old daughter Ednique Wallace and her rape.
They were found shot to death in Sawyer’s Nassau Village home on September 26.
Police were looking for Stevens on the rape complaint when he allegedly committed murder.
Stevens, who was represented by Tonique Lewis, was not required to enter pleas to the charges and was denied bail.
His next court date is December 3.
