A Royal Bahamas Defence Force marine is accused of crossing the line with two teen girls.
Prosecutors allege that 22-year-old DiMaggio Barnett indecently assaulted the 17-year-olds while participating in the National Youth Guard program on March 19.
The National Youth Guard Program is focused on equipping young people with the tools needed to assist the country during national emergencies, such as natural disasters.
Barnett denied those claims at his arraignment in the Magistrates Court.
His bail was set at $9,000 for each case.
Barnett's trial is set to begin before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans on April 24.
