Probation for man who made secret sex tape
A man who secretly recorded himself having sex with a woman won’t spend any time in prison, if he successfully completes probation.
Devon Mario Seymour, 29, of Claridge Road, was sentenced to probation for one year after he pleaded guilty to voyeurism. However, Seymour will be jailed for six months if he violates his probation.
According to prosecutors, Seymour recorded his sexual encounter with the woman at his apartment in April. He reportedly gave her $150. When Seymour approached the woman for sex again, he offered her less money. After she didn’t agree, he showed her a recording of them having sex on his cellphone. As a result, the woman reported the matter to police, who arrested Seymour.
