A motorcycle driver took his last breaths on the cold, hard ground on Eastern Road on Tuesday afternoon when he was thrown off of his bike during a bad crash with another rider.
The fatal collision happened after 5pm.
Two bikers were riding a red 70 cc Yamaha motorcycle and a red and black 70 cc Yamaha Crypton motorcycle west along the Eastern Road when the cyclists collided into each other.
Both men were thrown off of their motorcycles, sustaining extensive injuries.
One of the men was pronounced dead on the scene. The other biker was transported to the hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
