A Grand Bahama man will spend the next few months in prison after he was arraigned on unlawful sex and child pornography charges on Wednesday.
Hayward Dorsette, 19, of Holmes Rock was arraigned before Magistrate Laquay Laing following a complaint made to the Criminal Investigation Department on April 14 by a father on behalf of his 13-year-old daughter.
Dorsette was not required to enter a plea.
He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until his trial on July 28.
