Police have charged a man with a double shooting that was caught on CCTV.
Prosecutors say Dominic Moss, 28, of Commonwealth Boulevard, shot Ryan Taylor and Travis Curry in an ambush outside a home in Elizabeth Estates on November 17.
Surveillance footage of the incident went viral on social media.
Taylor died from gunshot injuries on his way to hospital and Curry survived.
Moss was not required to plead to charges of murder and attempted murder when he made his initial court appearance.
He was refused bail.
