A man is facing a murder charge after a man was found shot to death in bushes last Saturday.
Dwayne Davis, also known as Gup Gup, is accused of the shooting death of Deondre Knowles.
Police were called to the area around 7am on May 15 when a man walking through a track road off Grant Street found Knowles’ body.
Davis, 28, of Bernard Road, did not have to enter a plea to the murder charge when he appeared before the chief magistrate today.
He was denied bail and is next due to appear in court on August 19.
