A man is facing a murder charge in the stabbing death of a love rival.
Franco Ferguson, 23, is accused of killing Charles Demeritte on September 14.
Authorities said Ferguson was visiting the mother of his children at Raymond Road when he got into a fight with Demeritte.
Ferguson, who is represented by Ian Cargill, did not have to enter a plea to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kara Turnquest-Deveaux today.
She denied Ferguson bail. He makes his next court appearance on December 7.
