Govt fails to fix police station’s leaky roof but blows millions on drones

As National Security Minister Marvin Dames spends millions on useless crime fighting gadgets, officers at the Nichols Town Police Station are working under appalling conditions.

The officers are exposed to the elements—thanks to a gaping hole in the station’s roof.

Although the FNM campaigned on the promise that it was the people’s time, police have quickly learned that Dames has no concern for their welfare.

For months, the officers have been getting wet when it rains, although roof repairs are far less costly than the $17 million drones and $1.9 million ShotSpotter.

Police have yet to solve one crime after blowing scant public funds on these gadgets.
