A school graduation ceremony took an unexpected turn on Wednesday afternoon when a fight broke out between two women outside the event venue.

Video shows both adults and students fighting following the ceremony on Gladstone Road, with police officers seen arresting two women involved in the altercation.

The incident occurred shortly after noon. What began as a verbal dispute between the two women quickly escalated into a physical fight in full view of graduates, families, and staff members.

Police officers who were present at the scene for crowd control eventually de-escalated the situation. Both women — aged 36 and 31 — were cautioned and subsequently taken into custody.

Authorities have confirmed that an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the altercation is ongoing.
