Ex-bakery worker accused of $107K theft

A former employee at Three S Bakery is accused of stealing more than $107,000 from the company.

Prosecutors say that Revette Miller, 37, abused her position as an office administrator for the bakery to embezzle $107, 376.04 between July 2018 and January 2020.

They further allege that she tried to cover her tracks by making false entries in the business’ auditing software.

What’s more, Miller is accused money laundering.

She allegedly funneled the stolen money into the bank account of her company Arrab Medical Supply.

Miller, who is also known as Revette Darville, denied the charges at her arraignment before Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr. on Thursday.

She has been granted $12,000 bail on the condition that she surrenders her travel documents and has no contact with prosecution witnesses.

Miller returns to court on November 8 for trial.
