A contractor has been arrested on charges that he stole thousands from a client.
Kevin Frazier, 51, of McKinney Drive, is accused of stealing $43,000 from Grace Knowles last year.
Frazier denied two counts of stealing by reason of service at his arraignment before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt on Friday.
He has been released on $10,000 bail and returns to court on May 4.
