Convicted child killer Kofhe Goodman has filed a constitutional motion in the Supreme Court concerning harsh prison conditions.

Goodman, 48, is serving a 55 year sentence for the murder of 11-year-old Marco Archer in whose honor the MARCO Alert for missing children was named.

His conviction and sentences were upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council declined to hear his appeal.

Marco was kidnapped as he walked to a store in the Brougham Street area to get candy on September 23, 2011.

Prosecutors said Goodman took Marco to his home on Yorkshire Drive. On September 28, 2011, police found Marco’s naked body wrapped in a sheet in the back of Goodman’s home.

Marco’s clothing was found in a garbage bin in the front of the building.

Prison was not meant to be a five star hotel..Marco will never know what it's like to grow up and experience all that life has to offer......Sir you will never get any empathy from me.....
