The man caught on camera committing murder has been denied bail.
Antonio Neely, of Harbour Island, appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans charged with the February 26 murder of Deiondre Demeritte.
The incident took place in a night club and surveillance footage of Demeritte being shot multiple times by a lone gunman has gone viral.
Neely didn’t have to enter a plea to the murder charge and he’s been remanded to prison.
The accused killer returns to court on July 3.
Demeritte was on bail awaiting a retrial for a murder and two attempted murders that happened in 2015.
