Man killed following argument over money

A man in his thirties was fatally shot on Apostolic Way Saturday afternoon following an argument over money he allegedly owed another man.

The incident occurred shortly before 4 p.m., when the victim was reportedly preparing to exit the corner in a black Honda.

The driver of a white van pulled across the victim’s vehicle, blocking his path. The two men then began discussing money the victim allegedly owed.

During the exchange, the victim reportedly pulled out a sharp object.

Another man subsequently approached and shot the victim before fleeing the scene in a grey vehicle.

The victim, who was dressed in a black shirt and pants, was found lying next to the white van and was pronounced dead at the scene.
